Quantitative Weighing Packaging Machine

The equipment weighs and packages cooled pellets for easy transport, ensuring accurate measurements while speeding up the process, reducing labor, and improving overall efficiency. It's commonly used in feed mills, farms, and pellet processing, as well as in biomass, animal feed, charcoal, and agricultural packaging.

The system includes a hopper, weighing mechanism, feeding system, bag clamp, sealer, and conveyor, all in a compact and user-friendly design.

The equipment requires manual placement and replacement of empty bags during operation.

Once the pellets enter the hopper, the system automatically weighs and dispenses the material into bags. After weighing, the filled bags are conveyed to the sealer for stitching or heat sealing (sealer height can be adjusted as needed), and then the finished bags are transported via the conveyor. The entire process flows smoothly, enhancing efficiency and significantly reducing labor.

FAQ?

What materials can this equipment package?

It packages pellets like feed for pigs, chickens, ducks, aquaculture, wood, biomass fuel, and organic fertilizer, as well as powder materials like fertilizers, premixes, and charcoal.

For light or dusty powders, we recommend a spiral feeding system and dust control features.

How is material fed in, and can it connect to existing systems?

The top-feed design allows easy integration with cooling machines, hoppers, or other discharge systems. Custom connections can be made to fit your setup.

Will there be spillage if the bag isn't positioned correctly?

No, the bag detection system ensures material is only discharged once the bag is properly clamped, preventing spillage.

Can freshly made pellets be packaged directly?

Fresh pellets should be cooled and have moisture content controlled to 12–14% before packaging to avoid condensation or mold.

How should I choose the sealing method?

For plastic/composite bags, heat sealing works best for moisture and dust protection. For woven or jute bags, stitching is ideal. Paper bags can be sealed with knotting or stitching. A dual heat-sealing and stitching system is available for flexibility.
