200kg/h Dog Food Production Line Test Run at Indian

The customer from Gujarat, India, was new to pet food and had never processed feed before. With limited space and budget, he chose a compact, user-friendly dog food line for making dry kibble for small and medium dogs.

The full line was designed to fit the customer’s workshop layout. The line features a mixer, screw conveyor, extruder, dryer, oil drum, cooler, packing machine, and control cabinet.

During testing, the equipment ran smoothly with well-puffed, full-shaped pellets. The output remained stable at around 200 kg/h, meeting the customer’s current small-scale sales needs.
