Small Bullfrog Feed Production Line In China

Bullfrogs have become an increasingly popular delicacy in China, with rising consumer demand driving rapid growth in the farming industry. In Guangxi, government support and expanding farming areas have further boosted this trend. As a result, the need for high-quality extruded feed for bullfrogs is also on the rise.

The client saw a clear market opportunity. After consulting with our engineering team, they decided to invest in a small-scale extruded feed production line in Ningming County, Chongzuo City, Guangxi Province. The line was built to provide customized feed supply services for local bullfrog farmers.

The production line has a compact structure and takes up very little space. It runs smoothly and helps save both floor area and energy.

Below is the detailed configuration of the production line：

Small raw material mixer: Used to evenly blend various feed ingredients.

Sealed screw conveyor: Transfers the mixed material from the mixer to the next machine.

Dry-type single-screw extruder: Applies high temperature to puff the material into feed pellets.

Feed dryer box: Dries the puffed, moist pellets to prevent deformation, mold, and clumping. This also extends shelf life and makes storage and transport easier.

The client processes ingredients such as wheat, cassava residue, cottonseed meal, rice bran, and fermented soybean meal. The pellets are smooth, dense, and rich in nutrients, and have been well received by local farmers.

This line improves feed supply efficiency for nearby bullfrog farms. With stable performance and smart configuration, demand keeps rising. The client is now planning to add a higher-capacity line.
