Customized Small Scale Chicken Feed Pellet Production Line in Inner Mongolia

One of our clients has a large chicken farm in Inner Mongolia, China, purchased a simple feed production line to solve the problem of high chicken feed prices and nutritional matching.

The production line is equipped with: raw material warehouse, spiral elevator, feeding machine, flat die pellet machine, skirt elevator

The main processing raw materials are: corn, wheat bran, soybeans and feed additives.

The customer uses a simple tricycle to collect finished feed pellets to save packaging and transportation costs. The tricycle can directly transport the feed pellets to the chicken house for feeding.

This simple feed production line solved the customer's breeding feed problem at a low cost. The customer is self-sufficient and can produce at any time, and flexibly adjust the feed formula according to the different stages of the chicken.
