Large Poultry Farm Feed Pellet Project

The client operates a large poultry farm in Yancheng, China. To lower feed costs, they purchased a basic feed pellet line from us after being introduced by a friend.

Since the farm mainly processes powder-based materials, the setup includes a storage bin, a conveyor belt, and a flat die pellet machine. Materials move smoothly from the bin through the conveyor into the pelletizer, where they are processed under high heat and pressure. The finished pellets are then transported by wheel loader-quick and convenient.

This simple line helped the client lower feed costs, maintain quality, and ensure stable supply-leading to improved farming efficiency.
