Successful Trial Run at Vietnam Pet Feed Startup

The customer in Binh Duong Province, Vietnam, is a startup pet feed manufacturer. Though the team is small, they have years of experience in food processing and value automation and equipment stability. The customer produces general-purpose food for dogs and cats. Use local cornmeal, fish meal, rice bran, and trace additives as raw materials.

Based on the factory size and production needs, the customer selected a complete small-scale pet feed production line. The setup includes:

• Mixer
• Screw conveyor
• Pet food extruder
• Dryer
• Inclined screw conveyor
• Double-drum coating machine
• Negative pressure air conveyor
• Two control cabinets

The line is designed to produce 800 kg of finished pellets per hour. It has a compact structure and is easy to maintain.

The trial run went smoothly, with stable operation and consistent material flow. Pellets had a forming rate above 92%, with a light golden color, balanced texture, and slight surface sheen. The drying system maintains stable temperature control, with even oil coating and no signs of breakage or clogging.

The customer was highly satisfied with the results and has entered batch production. A second line of the same model is under consideration to support future capacity growth.
