The grain cracking machine is a feed processing machine designed for grain cracking.
It handles grains such as corn soybeans and peanuts and breaks them into coarse particles. The processed grain can be used directly for poultry feed milling or brewing applications

The machine consists of a feed hopper twin roller assembly roller gap adjustment gears a gear guard discharge outlet caster wheels and a reinforced frame.
Its compact design allows easy on-site operation and convenient movement.
The machine operates with two rollers rotating against each other. Grain enters through the feed inlet and is cracked by roller pressure into coarse particles, then discharged through the outlet.
Adjusting the roller gap allows control of the cracking level and final particle size.

In addition to the standard electric motor version a diesel-powered option is available for users with limited power supply or outdoor operation needs.

What materials can this machine process?
It processes whole, dry grains and oil crops such as corn, soybeans, peanuts, wheat, sorghum, barley, and oats.
How is it different from other grinding machines?
The machine is designed for grain cracking and produces coarse particles rather than fine powder. Compared with hammer mills, it offers lower precision but lower equipment and operating costs.
Does the roller gap need adjustment when changing materials?
Yes. The roller gap can be adjusted based on material hardness and target particle size.
Turning the handwheel clockwise widens the roller gap and produces larger particles. A gap of 1 to 3 mm is commonly used.
Can it run on household single-phase power?
The 2-6 T models support household single phase power. For limited electricity or outdoor use a diesel powered or gasoline version is recommended. For model selection support feel free to contact us.
