700 kg/h Compact Rabbit Feed Pellet Setup in China

This customer operates a rabbit farm in Sichuan, China. At first, he used commercial feed. But as the farm grew, feed costs increased and quality became unreliable, which reduced the farm's overall profitability. To address this, he decided to produce his own feed.

After reviewing different options and consulting our team, he chose a compact pellet production setup.

Given the limited budget, small workspace, and the use of powdery materials like alfalfa meal, corn flour, and grass powder (which didn't need further grinding), we recommended a stainless steel mixer and a KD-300 feed pellet machine.

The materials are mixed evenly in the mixer, then collected in plastic bins. Workers manually feed them into the pellet machine. The finished pellets are 4 mm in diameter-easy to chew and ideal for daily rabbit feeding.

The entire process is simple and efficient. The KD-300 can produce up to 700 kg of pellets per hour. With low investment and solid returns, this setup is ideal for small to medium-sized farms.
