1T/H Cat Litter Production Line in China

The client, based in Xinxiang, Henan, originally used semi-manual methods to produce tofu cat litter. With low efficiency and inconsistent product quality, they needed a more reliable production line to meet growing e-commerce sales and overseas orders. After comparing several suppliers, they chose to work with us.

We provided a customized cat litter production line centered on ring die pelletizing. The setup includes raw material crushing, dewatering, mixing, pelletizing, drying, cooling, screening, and automatic packaging. Considering the high moisture content and stickiness of raw materials, we also integrated a high-efficiency drum dryer and anti-stick conveying system.

The client uses tofu residue and corn flour as the main materials, with a small amount of plant-based binder. The finished pellets are uniform, clump well, light beige in color, and odor-free-meeting export standards for eco-friendly cat litter.

After installation, the line achieved a stable daily output of 6–8 tons. Product quality improved, dust was reduced, and production now reliably meets daily order demand. If orders continue to grow, a second line may be added to another site to expand capacity.
