1T/H Small Wood Sawdust Pellet Production Line in China

In recent years, Ningxia has introduced a range of policies and subsidies to support the production and use of biomass pellets. This has created a favorable environment for the growth of the local biomass industry.

A meat processing plant in Wuzhong saw this as a major opportunity. They decided to expand into biomass by setting up a pellet factory. The client got in touch with us through a referral from an existing customer. Since they were in the early stage of their startup with limited budget, we carefully designed and configured the production line to ensure efficient output while keeping costs under control.

The high-efficiency biomass pellet line we designed for the client includes a hammer mill, mixer, screw elevator, flat die biomass pellet machine, and conveyor. The finished pellets are first placed into crates, then packed manually.

The client primarily uses wood chips, sawdust, and tree bark as raw materials. The production is stable, with a daily output of around 8 tons.

The pellets are used both for external sales and in the client’s own meat processing plant. The client is confident about expanding production in the near future.
