A small wood processing plant in Sumatra, Indonesia mainly produces furniture panels and construction materials. The customer installed a wood pellet machine to process daily wood waste that was previously piled up.
The raw materials come from wood processing waste, including dry sawdust, shavings and fine wood chips. Workers feed the mix directly into the pellet machine by hand. Finished pellets are collected in basins or sacks and used for daily needs like boiling water, cooking and heating.
The machine is running smoothly with a stable output of 100 to 150 kg per hour. The pellets are firm, uniform in length, and discharge is consistent. Overall performance has exceeded expectations.
The machine has turned wood waste into a valuable source of heat. The customer shared, "This pellet machine solved our wood waste problem and helped us save a lot on fuel. It has proven to be a valuable investment."
