This biomass pellet plant in Nakhon Sawan, Thailand, focuses on large-scale wood pellet production with stable output and a mature process. It covers about 2,000 square meters and is equipped with three ring die pellet machines, along with full sections for crushing, feeding, cooling, screening, and packaging. Around 25 staff handle production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.

The plant is located near several wood processing facilities, ensuring a steady supply of raw materials such as sawdust, shavings, bark, and offcuts, with a monthly processing volume of around 2,000 tons. After crushing and drum drying, the materials are fed through a centralized system to three ring die pellet machines, with a total capacity of 6 tons per hour. Finished pellets are then cooled, screened, and stored in silos before being delivered in bulk or bags based on customer needs.

The project was put into operation in June 2022. It currently produces around 100 to 120 tons of pellets per day, mainly supplying local brick and cement plants, as well as industrial boiler users. Some products are also exported to South Korea and Japan. The pellets are dense, burn steadily, and have low dust content, earning positive feedback from customers.

Since launch, the production line has operated reliably with only routine maintenance, ensuring year-round supply.
