Bangladesh is the world’s third-largest rice producer. Every year, rice processing generates a large amount of rice husk. In the past, this byproduct was often discarded or burned as waste. Now, more and more people are beginning to recognize its potential as a source of energy.
Our client is one of them. He runs a rice processing plant in northern Bangladesh and deals with large amounts of rice husk every day. To reduce buildup and make better use of this resource, he reached out to us through our website, looking to introduce a biomass pellet production line and turn waste into value.
Based on the client’s needs and actual conditions, we provided a production line with the following main components: storage bin, belt conveyor, overhead buffer hopper, Enclosed screw feeder, ring die pellet machine, conveyor, and finished pellet bin.
This is a semi-automated line that only requires manual assistance for raw material loading and bagging. It’s easy to operate and offers great cost performance.
The customer mainly processes rice husks and sawdust, with a stable supply and low cost. The finished pellets are mainly sold to chemical plants for use, bringing considerable economic returns.
