The user runs a pig farm with 8,000 pigs in Manila's suburbs. They started with hand-mixed feed but switched to commercial pellets due to efficiency issues. As the farm grew, pellet prices fluctuated, and stricter food safety regulations prompted the user to invest in a self-made feed production line.

At an agricultural exhibition, a peer who had bought our equipment recommended us. After contacting us, we customized a 2-3T/H feed pellet line based on their needs.

Two screw conveyors are installed at ground level for easy material feeding.

Grains like wheat, corn, and soybean meal are ground to 1mm and sent to the mixer. Non-ground materials like hay powder, fish meal, and yeast are directly fed into the mixer. The mixer design allows easy addition of fats, honey, and additives for balanced nutrition.

The fully mixed powder is lifted to the SZLH300 ring die pellet mill for pelleting, with an output of 2-3 T/H. The raw materials are compressed into dense pellets, and the high temperature process sterilizes the feed, enhancing its palatability.

The finished pellets are lifted to the counterflow cooler and sifter for cooling. A dust removal system is included to meet hygiene standards. After cooling, pellets are screened, with qualified ones sent to the finished product bin, and irregular pellets collected for re-pelletizing.

The system includes two control cabinets, managing the grinding/mixing and pelleting/cooling stages for precise control of the production process.

The production line is now in operation, with the user producing feed as needed to ensure freshness and quality. The line runs about 7 hours daily, allowing flexible adjustments to meet farm needs.
