In Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand, a biomass pellet factory with over 10 years of operation replaced its aging machines due to declining efficiency, frequent blockages, and high maintenance costs. To meet growing demand, the customer upgraded to four ring die pellet mills, significantly increasing overall production capacity.

Equipment Purchased: 4 ring die biomass pellet machines, elevators, and conveyors.

Main raw materials are locally sourced, including:

  • Rubber wood sawdust
  • Pine shavings
  • Crushed corn cobs
  • Bamboo chips

The pellets are light-colored with good combustion performance, commonly used in local power plants and small boilers.

The equipment has been running reliably for nearly two years since installation. The customer noted that the upgraded production line has been running steadily. There have been almost no breakdowns. Output has also improved significantly.

At present, each machine delivers a stable daily output of 6 to 8 tons. Pellets are consistent and dense, and the line remains stable even in hot, humid conditions.
