The user operates a peanut oil mill in Maharashtra, India, leveraging the region's abundant peanut resources. However, burning peanut shells directly is inefficient and generates carbon monoxide and particulates, which violates local environmental regulations. As a result, the user faces challenges in managing the accumulated peanut shells.

While searching for solutions online, the user discovered that our equipment could turn peanut shells into biomass fuel pellets. After consulting with us, the customer purchased a model 300 small biomass pellet machine, along with a screw conveyor for feeding.

To avoid excessive wear on the pellet machine, the customer first used a nearby factory's crusher to shred the peanut shells. The crushed shells were then manually fed into the pellet machine, producing about 300 kg of pellets per hour.

The finished pellets are naturally air-dried and then transported to the customer's oil mill for use as fuel, significantly reducing the factory's energy costs.
