In a small town near a livestock market in Uganda, ready-made feed was almost unavailable. Many small-scale farmers had to buy raw materials and mix feed by hand. This process was not only time-consuming but also made it difficult to ensure proper nutrition. Realizing the need, this user saw an opportunity. He partnered with his neighbors to set up a small pellet feed plant to supply finished feed to local farmers.

They began searching online for suitable small-scale equipment. After watching our machine demo on YouTube, they reached out to us via WhatsApp. Based on their budget and local raw materials, we recommended the KD-210 pellet machine and a simple mixer to help them build a small, manually operated feed processing setup.

They use local ingredients like corn flour, cottonseed cake, sweet potato vine powder, soybean meal, fish meal, and salt. Some come from their own farm, others are bought cheaply from nearby villages. The pellets are packed and sold to small farmers near the market.

After starting production, they quickly gained traction. Local farmers responded positively, and the business is now running steadily with a good level of income.
