Pre Operation Checklist for Flat Die Feed Pellet Machines

Before starting the flat die feed pellet machine, complete the following pre operation steps to ensure smooth startup and proper pellet forming.

Step 1. Add Gear Oil First

Fill the gearbox with proper gear oil and confirm the oil level before startup.

Step 2. Adjust the Rollers

Set the roller pressure correctly to ensure smooth rotation and stable pellet forming.

Step 3. Start with a Small Amount of Material

After adjustment, feed a small amount of material for initial grinding. Begin normal production once pellets start to form properly.
