Kawise's diesel pellet machine is equipped with a high-efficiency diesel engine, allowing it to run without electricity. With its compact design and easy mobility, it's especially suitable for farms, ranches, and other outdoor or remote locations where flexible operation is needed.
Diesel is a commonly available fuel, making it easy to operate the machine in a variety of on-site conditions. Compared to electric models, diesel engines deliver more stable power and support extended, continuous use. This ensures efficient and consistent pellet production.
In addition to its power advantages, the machine is also highly capable in handling raw materials. It can process a wide range of inputs, such as corn, wheat, straw, soybean meal, fish meal, sawdust, sunflower seed shells, livestock manure, and more.
To ensure stable and safe operation during real-world use, we’ve made several thoughtful design choices in the machine’s structure:
Model | Power (hp) | Capacity (kg/h) | Roller | Die Hole (mm) |
KD-150A | 8 | 80-130 | 2 | 2.5-8 |
KD-160A | 8 | 130-180 | 3 | 2.5-8 |
KD-210A | 15 | 200-300 | 2 or 3 | 2.5-8 |
KD-230A | 18 | 250-400 | 3 | 2.5-8 |
KD-260A | 22 or 25 | 300-500 | 3 or 4 | 2.5-8 |
KD-300A | 35 | 500-700 | 4 | 2.5-8 |
The power source. Electric suits stable-grid areas; diesel is better for outdoor or off-grid use. Choose based on your needs.
Not at all. It can be configured with either manual or electric start, depending on your needs.
Some noise and vibration are normal for diesel engines. Our diesel-powered pellet mill is equipped with shock absorption, allowing it to run more smoothly than standard models.
Not really. It’s fuel-efficient, with lower consumption per output than most machines. Actual use depends on the material and pellet size.
