The rotary drum dryer consists mainly of a horizontal cylindrical body, exhaust pipe, feeding system, discharge system, internal screw mechanism, material lifting blades, induced draft system, transmission system, dust removal equipment, and electrical control components. In actual production, the cylinder is typically arranged at a certain angle to the horizontal to facilitate the smooth discharge of materials.

During operation, wet materials and heat sources enter the cylinder from the same end, where they contact the hot air directly. As the cylinder rotates, the lifting blades on the inner wall move the materials, enhancing moisture evaporation and drying efficiency while pushing them forward. The dried materials are discharged from the output end. Fine particles are separated from the hot air using a cyclone dust collector, ensuring environmentally friendly emissions.

Our rotary drum is made of high-quality stainless steel, offering excellent heat resistance, strong overload capacity, and high process load. It also features low oil consumption and operating costs, withstanding temperatures as high as 800°C for reliable, efficient drying performance.
