Operation – Just 3 Simple Steps

Mix corn flour, soybean meal, wheat bran, etc., in the mixer according to feed ratio.
The mixed material is automatically fed into the pellet machine via screw conveyor—no manual handling needed.
Start the pellet machine to begin pressing. Warm pellets come out ready to cool, store, or use.

Adjustable pellet size: 2.5mm / 3mm / 4mm / 6mm / 8mm available.

Is the full production line expensive?

Not really. Compared to buying feed long-term, this small line is cost-effective. It includes only the core equipment, making it ideal for users with a limited budget.

Can I use the line without a grinder?

Yes—if your raw materials are already in fine powder form (like ground corn, soybean meal, wheat bran), it works. For best results, we recommend material size under 4mm to avoid clogging or poor forming.

Will the mix be uneven without grinding?

If your formula is simple (e.g. corn + soybean meal at a fixed ratio), you can pre-mix by hand before feeding. It won't affect pellet quality. If needed, a mixer can be added later.

Can this line be expanded later?

Yes. You can add cooling, screening, or packaging units later if your production grows—no need to replace the main setup.

Is the equipment stable for long-term use?

Yes. The roller and die are made from high-strength alloy steel—durable, wear-resistant, and easy to maintain. The system is built for long-term, frequent use.
