Ring Die Biomass Pellet Machine

This ring die pellet machine is ideal for wood processing plants, biomass pellet factories, and agricultural cooperatives with stable raw material supply. It efficiently compresses sawdust, shavings and waste wood into high-density fuel pellets. With strong pressing force, smooth discharge, and wear-resistant components, it’s built for high output and long-term reliable use.

This machine is built for high-load, long-cycle pellet production, ideal for medium to large-scale biomass lines. With daily output over 20 tons, it runs smoothly under full load without jamming or overload. The ring die is made of high-strength alloy, lasting 700–1500 hours—about 20% more durable than standard carbon steel. Pellets have a ≥98% forming rate and high density, making the machine suitable for fuel export, power plant supply, and industrial pellet production.

FAQ?

Is a ring die pellet machine more expensive to run and maintain?

The upfront cost is higher, but it’s more durable and efficient. Per-ton cost is lower, and daily maintenance is simple—just cleaning and lubrication.

Do all raw materials use the same compression ratio?

No. Compression ratio depends on the raw material’s density and fiber structure. For example, sawdust works well with a 1:6 ratio, while rice husk or palm shell requires a lower ratio for better performance.

Can this machine only process sawdust?

No—it's also suitable for other wood-based materials. Just keep moisture between 12–15% for good pellet quality. For special materials, we offer custom feeding and die options—feel free to contact us.

Which materials produce pellets that sell well?

Sawdust, coconut shell, bamboo, and palm shell make high-quality pellets with high heat value and low ash—widely used for export, heating, and power plants.
